Why We Start With a T-Shirt

Every brand has to start somewhere. We chose the most honest place we could think of — a T-shirt.

Not because it was easy. Because it was the hardest thing to get right.

A T-shirt has nowhere to hide. No pattern to distract, no embellishment to compensate. Just fabric, cut, and weight. Either it's right — or it isn't.

We spent years thinking about this before we made a single one. How it should feel the first time you put it on. How it should feel two years later. The weight of the fabric, the curve of the neckline, the way it moves when you do.

That obsession — that refusal to settle — is what Lawood is built on.

We're starting with a T-shirt. But we're thinking much further ahead.
